Yoga is one of the best way to minimize Alzheimer’s risk

Did you know that yoga is proven to have a positive effect against Alzheimer’s disease risk factors? Why not 
take your practice outside? The Alzheimer’s Association, Rhode Island Chapter invites you to a 90 minute outdoor class, that begins with Power Vinyasa and winds down with restorative poses. This class is designed to energize, detoxify, and restore your mind and body. Initial studies have shown that yoga can positively impact several risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease including stress, depression, and cardiovascular health!  Don’t miss it! Wednesday, August 31, 2016 6:00pm-7:30pm at The Dock at India Point Park, Gano Street, Providence, RI. Please note that a minimum donation of $20 is required. Proceeds to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, Rhode Island Chapter. Bring your own mat!
